There was a warm wind blowing leaves past my window like yellow birds this afternoon. Standing in the yard I looked at the trees and saw that they were nearly all bare. That was quick!
I'd been going in and out, carrying laundry to and from the garage below my place where the washer and dryer are. Around 8:30pm, it was dark, and I went out to get the second to the last load out of the dryer only to find something other than leaves filling the air. Little tiny snow was glittering down, and it was sticking very well. I think we have about half and inch or more by now, will probably have at least an inch or two by morning.
I don't know if this will stick, or if that warm wind will come back. This is the change of seasons and anything can happen!
