Silly dogs, eating mud. It made me wonder if there was a frozen mastodon in my backyard. Hey, stranger things have happened in Fairbanks, Alaska. There could be one there! It would take them a while to dig it up, though. But think of the BONES they'd get to chew!
I stuck my nose down into the hole and it just smelled like frozen dirt. They have the best, most complete dog food available, there is no question of this being a dietary deficiency, it's definitely NOT. They just LIKE this stuff! Silly dogs.
