Gunther Anderson is one of those odd people that I just love. He collects playing cards, films, and has put up a wonderfully diverse bunch of songs, indexed both by composer and song title. While it isn't the prettiest site, (in fact it is spare, bare and functional), it is one of the most accurate sites I've found for both lyrics and chords.

School is starting in a couple weeks! Seems unreal that it is so soon, but I'm already setting up lesson times for returning students. So now is the time to get the time slot you really need, the lesson time that is most convenient for you. Don't wait until October when my schedule is mostly filled up! Tacoma 6-string guitar, in NEW condition! I bought this guitar about a year ago, and never really used it much. I have acquired another guitar that isn't as beautiful as this one but it fits my little hands better. The Tacoma has an abalone shell inlay around the sound hole, a beautiful spruce top, rosewood back, and is in NEW condition. Made in the USA. It retailed for $1410 and I am selling it for $800. The headstock picture shows original price tag. Add $99 for a case.

Strum & Sing Class Still Going Strong

If you play guitar, mandolin or ukulele (both types) and want to get more proficient at it and have fun at the same time, this is the class for you!

Adult Strum & Sing Class: Tuesdays at 7pm-8pm.

If singing and playing at the same time is your issue, we got you covered. It helps so much to have the group to sweep you along, filling in the blanks where you fumble, and letting you get the hang of things "invisibly." Plus it is loads of fun!

Expect to learn various strumming patterns that really help bring these songs to life. Having a guitar or a mandolin amongst the ukuleles adds a combo quality to the sound and we sounded pretty darn good after this last four weeks.
